Ok, everyone, so I think I may have cracked it. It's quite straight forward though.

Go to hola.org (a VPN) and download Hola (follow simple instructions). Once downloaded, choose Belgium as the country you wish to pretend to be in. Then type in one of these following addresses (as the pages you want to unblock. I think this is live video! And not just audio. Although I'm in a rush and cant tell right now. Someone point it out if im wrong.

I've tried that link before, downloads about five other programmes including a took bar, took me ages to get rid of the crap.

just realised i dont think that RTBF is video. So is everyone in agreeance that we may not have a video link?

Simplest soltion, possibly - Download Tor (google it) and watch the match via the live stream from Belgium.
