I would never have seen this article had you not posted it - but I have to say it appears pretty damning. If it is not true Malky now has a good case for a very large libel case.

Sadly I suspect there may be a lot of truth in it.

We were all very annoyed with how he raped our club after he moved to Cardiff so it is perhaps less difficult to believe some of it

    Sad though

I wouldn't have seen it either Leo, someone posted it on our board this morning!

Thought I'd better clear that up, I'd hate to be thought of as a Daily Fail reader! ;)

Seems odd that it comes out the day that he looks like he is about to get another job. It also shows that we as fans know so little about what goes on behind the scenes. Very sad if all true for his future chances, but if not true then I suspect he will still have one heck of a job to clear his name.

He was ruthless when he left us. I remember thinking at the time, "what goes around, comes around". I did not forget how ruthless he was. Good. I'm very happy he has been found out.

What concerns me most of this whole episode is that a lawyer/private investigator can obtain a warrent to enter someones house and remove computers, phones etc. Surely this cannnot be right?

I happen to think that this should come out only after it's proven. Innocent until... and all that. This is trial by media and this particular rag has a habit of doing this sort of thing.

MM is more than a tad naive if he thinks he can threaten a bloke like Tan and get away with it. Nice guy businessman multimillionaire's surely just do not exist, certainly when it comes to defending their wealth.

Yes it does all sound a bit dodgy doesn't it? Presumably it relates to Cardiff city owned equipment but even so...
I can't say i'm really surprised though - it's the kind of stuff you probably hear people saying in the pub quite often (that's certainly not to say I agree with it). He's been a bloody idiot though - you simply don't say that kind of stuff using electronic communications.

It's particualrly rich when the likes of Richard Littlejohn say things just as bad, if not worse, and are on the payroll <laugh>

If you're set up to work from home then the information is not private... or if a company suspects nefarious goings on against the company from home then there is every right. (Mrs H-F works in IT security)

With Britain's laws anyone must be completely stupid to write anything like what is claimed down, even just as saying something like the supporters at Norwich did. To make laws against thought is difficult but spoken or writen items is not. The number of texts show to me this was not just someone trying to make a joke comment. MM is in a difficult and bleak place now and he will get no support.

All the talk of Beppe Sannino and the possible end of his work at Watford I though Malkay Mackay could be a good replacement choice, not now.

Indeed - though it should be remembered that he was sacked and dropped his unfair dismissal case presumably on the understanding that this stuff would be kept quiet.. To now release the reason for that sacking, just as he's about to take a new job, seems rather vindictive.

In Richard Littlejohn's case there is in all probability a large team of lawyers advising him when to stop as he is getting very close to breaking some law or other.

If this is true, and allowing for the source, the numbers involved are just staggering, it just goes to show what an idiot MM could/can be. Naive if it were a single passing comment made in private (and certain newspapers take great delight in sting operations), but at this sort of level is totally inexcusable.

MM and his big mouth, maybe Tan has given him a shock he didn't want just before he was about to get a new job. Karma has a strange way of raising its head.
