Looking at the gates from last night there were some shockingly bad attendances in L1 I know it's holiday season, but if you were an owner of some of these clubs then you must be putting your hand in your pocket every week to help pay the players wages, cos you wont be making much in gate receipts We were best with a modest 11,600, followed by Peterborough who got 6,500 but look at some of these others !! Coventry v Barnsley - 2,300 (yes I know these games are currently played in Northampton Crawley v Bradford - 2,200 Crewe v Rochdale - 3,700 Notts Co v Colchester 3,700 Oldham v Port Vale - 3,500 Scunthorpe v Fleetwood - 2,700 Walsall v Yeovil - 3,700
Shocking isn't it. Even we get more than most in League one, and we have had nothing but **** to put up with lately.
