That is ridiculous. Lazy wayward pass followed by busting a gut to get back, retrieve the ball, shield the ball, a nice bit of skill to get away and then very nearly a majestic pass forward.

 

OK I've gone for it. Few hours to kill at work and have put TalkSport on. Nearly pissed myself laughing at some of their expert views! It's basically a radio version of a busy online forum where people chat crap all day. But at least they get paid for it.

 

Benny is the best LB I've personally seen at Spurs, will be a shame to see him go.

Well, it was a one-off game that can happen to any team. Complete fluke. Not like a similar thing happened the following season to little ol' Sutton Utd like them beating a top flight team who had won the FA Cup not that long ago (say... Coventry City for example). And Spurs certainly wouldn't buy a defender who played in such a game and was outplayed by a non-league team... *cough Steve Sedgely *cough*

 

It would be the media's touchstone for reality with all things regarding 'Pool and their Mouser-support.
