Yeah it was alrite, I've seen better, the play was predictable and laboured and the players seem to be all over the place in the first half. The second half seemed to drag with a few highlights and you get the feeling you've seen it all before. I won't be recommending it to anyone. George should have done better.
I sort of see what you're saying. But there was a bit of determination and control that we've lacked for two years; we all know full well that this time last season if the opponent pulled one back then we typically capitulated. That was the best we've played without the ball for years, some very good containing play going on matched by some promising counter attacks. Wasn't keen on what looked like Zonal Marking at corners though!
