We looked excellent today. With regards to the defenders. Fit or not I wouldn't start Javi. Bennett and Turner looked like a brick wall. And what's happened to Bradley Johnson. He's playing like Pirlo.
If we carry on playing and WINNING like we have in these two games then I think you're going to be a lonely voice continually finding negatives to dwell on. Actually I think you might still have someone to duet with....
Was asking Chippy a question not finding negatives, but if we're going to go down that road we've still got a very big away game on Saturday
Makes those calling for Neyul's head a week ago sound even more ridiculous, doesn't it? Lose on Saturday and the fickle and stupid fans will rear their ugly heads again.
Just because we won surely doesn't mean we shouldn't be looking at very obvious areas of improvement?!?
And the "late winner" makes a very welcome return to the Carrow Road experience! How we have missed him.
A lot of our fans seem either up in the clouds or down in the dumps! I know it's difficult as we're all so passionate about our team, but we should always keep a sense of perspective. Our home form appears solid, which is great news. Someone told me Blackburn hadn't lost in something like 14 games before today. Our promotion push will very much depend on out away form. That's been our issue since I can remember.
On another thread, I said we needed at least 4 points from our 2 home games. Now we have got 6 scored 6 great goals (threatened many more) and conceded 1. I haven't heard Carrow Road so full of noise since ................. <eatsVERYlargehumblepieemoticon> Carry on like this and we'll certainly be spending more time in the top 6 than out of it!!! Neeyull has certainly got them playing as a a team and they all seem to want the ball.
From twitter: please log in to view this image Also seen it pointed out that come 2pm Saturday, we could go top of the league at Portman Road. Or below Ipswich calling for Adams' head once again. It's a funny game. Edit: Actually, a draw would be good enough for us to top the league on goal difference too.
That Cairney strike really is something else. It didn't look like he was in any position to pull of a shot then he blasted that out of nowhere! It is nice that we are getting some luck though. There's no doubt the smaller teams in the Prem get less of it.
Really Grabban should have slotted home the 3rd without a touch although it wasn't really a problem in the end. I wouldn't want to play us at the moment.
Yes,I said if we got four or fewer from the three games we would be struggling.Poentially now we could be looking at nine!
Of course not, but surely after all the dross and negativity - on the pitch and off it - of the past 18 months, let's just enjoy the moment and worry about all that tomorrow. First time we've won two on the bounce in 15 months, six goals against two strong sides in this division, playing with a verve and swagger we've all been asking for and Carra Rud was rocking, so I don't see a whole lot to be negative about at this very moment personally.
I don't think Northampton was being negative. The failure of us to produce anything from countless crosses over two games is a legitimate concern is it not?
Agree, great night and seen more entertainment and goals than I have been used to. Atmosphere getting good again and the smile is coming back!
A great time to be a Canaries fan - seeing everyone leaving CR with a smile on their face. The people living near the ground must be wondering what is going on!!
