can you change your team whenever you want or when you pick your starting 11 you have to stick with it?
No you make your changes right up to 11:30 on each Saturday, so you need to switch it about depending on who they are playing each week.

Yeah but you're only allowed to make 1 transfer a week. After you've made 1 you will be docked 4 points for every transfer you make, you do have a wildcard though which if you activate you can make as many changes as you like. You only get 2 of them though, 1 now and the other when the January window opens.
