Blatter's going to walk it again, we should leave him off the next one, he's such a massive **** that always likely to win. You've disappointed me though Hattie, how did Piers Morgan not make the list?
It underlines the reason for needing a monthly competition, there's just far too many ****s to fit in.
My problem is that I am a lazy ****er. No excuses. I spend at least 9 hours a day either driving or sat at a computer. I eat less and go to the gym 3 times a week now. 40 minutes on the cardio machines and I burn just under 600 calories, I mix it with 3 x 15 reps at 90kg on the leg press, 3x 15 reps at 25kg lats and 3 x 15 reps at 15kg on the shoulder press. I am 5'8", no cholesterol, blood pressure 138/86 with resting BMP 64. My knees and ankles are completely shot from years of Hockey. The reason that I have gone into detail is to say to others on here that, you can do something about being fat. I will always be obese, in medical terms, my body mass index is 42, so real danger from diabetes apparently, but that is not the full story. I do not believe that BMI is the best guide to health. For me is is all about the percentages. Bone-Muscle vs Fat-Water. I aim to have be 80% Bone Muscle and 20% Fat Water. The last time I had a check up was several years ago and I was 74% / 26% and I have put on since then so I calculate that I started at around 70% / 30%.
Yes there's no denying Sepp Blatter is a **** but he has the opportunity to express it on a world stage. I voted for Gwilym Lloyd. OK he might only be a piss-poor presenter on Radio Humberside but put in charge of FIFA he'd use every world press conference to promote the "wonderful family game of rugby league". Total egg chasing ****.
