When he was first getting into it or getting a name for himself should I say, years ago. He was being lined up to fight a mate of mine in one of the local shows. One of them got an injury which meant they weren't able to meet. Not long after my pal died. It would have been a great fight, both of them were top names for up and coming fighters. Glad to see he's doing well
Sorry to hear that mate I get trained off Abdul Mohamad who was meant to get Pearsons contract. He beat him controversily in a eliminator to get on the Ultimate fighter UK vs US show which Ross Pearson went on to win.

Not sure the ins and out mate, but Dana White flew over to watch the fight. He was that impressed with Ross he offered him the chance . Nobody dares mention it to Abdul. Hes a proper nasty b@stard.
