Seemed odd anyone would get so wound up and obsessed by it, but I get it now. With your health, you have no personal choice over when or even if you can go. The fact I can make a concious decision on when to go, or worse in your eyes, not to go, that really riles you. You don't understand why anyone would choose not to go, and as you don't have the choice go go, it narks you.
