Going by today`s game and Millwall away he has no chance of playing in the premier league anytime soon. When ever a boro player ran at him they beat him with ease, and he passed it to their forwards on numerous occasions today.

P*SS P**R from him and I suggest Berardi has a dam good chance of replacing him if performances don`t improve over the next two games.

Apart from that good win an improved performance #mot

Said on the match day thread I felt he had a poor game, will he regain the form he showed that he had two seasons ago now, I guess that is the question. At the moment £4m would be a great price for him.

Agree Ristac, not sure if he will get back to that form because of his injury he had and is basically still carrying. We can`t continue with a right back who can`t stop a player when he is running at him. Looks very light weight I thought today <ok>

When Berardi's back at RB I'd like to see Byram pushed further forward. Think he's still got that extra bit of pace going forward.
It did look to me that he may have been sulking a bit after not getting his move, hopefully it's not that and he just needs a few more games to get back to his best.

Problem is diamond exposes our flanks and any team with half a brain will get their full backs overlapping, this was very clear today ... when we don't have the ball its too easy for teams to play their way into our half by pushing their full backs on ... George Friend, their left back, crossed the halfway line at will, meaning Byram had to watch his man on his heels and therefore not a good starting position to match a runner from, and that runner happened to be an extra man in the channel far too often ... we need to go 4-4-2

Billy I hear what you are saying but we don`t need to play 442 to stop it. If the diamond formation is used properly like all formations it should work. Boro played with one up front today, Byram & Pearce should of been able to coupe with the overlapping full backs on the right. Like Warnock & Cooper did on the left after the first 10 mins.

I think Pearce looked lost on the right side of the CB pair and should of given Sam more help. I do think that Bellusci will come in for Pearce in the right side of the CB`s and this should give Byram better cover.
