You think thats bad read this

@RobTannerMerc: LCFC have had a third bid for Troy Deeney rejected. £10 mill rising to £12. Deeney not for sale at any price. #lcfc

Im glad they rejected the bid. Were stupid for bidding that much and they're even stupid for rejecting it

Wouldn't read to much into that fella, he was playing injured last season. He's a natural finisher, bit on the slow side but generally a good all round striker. He's our number one striker with plenty of contract to run so in the present market you'll have to pay way over the odds. I can imagine we'll only be selling if we can take your eyes out.

Can't see this one happening mysel. He's not worth what you'd have to pay. You'd have more chance with wickham but I personaly suspect that piss head is keen on a move to the capital.

No need to be such a dick. You seem to spend more time on here than our own board. How curious.

It's fine, he already made himself look an idiot when he made a thread trying to take the piss out of the money we spend, while your club was trying to buy Borini for £14m...

Likes to party does our Connor. Been seen getting pissed up on the Newcastle quayside a few times by one of our own from our board, then this came up. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...500-bottle-champagne-Ocean-Club-Marbella.html He thinks he's hip-hop gangster. He's very talented. I always say, Connor Wickham can be as successful as he wants to be. The only person who'll keep him from fulfilling his potential is himself.

We are trying to buy Borini for 10m though, it's rising to 14m, if we eventually pay 14m he's been worth every penny. I think he's worth 8 million myself so it is an overpayment imo. I think you have over spent, not really piss take worthy though when everybody is doing it. Was always on the cards with every club coming into money though wasn't it?

Wasn't Danny Graham meant to be a natural finisher?

<laugh> I know, staggering thing is, before we signed him he was a one in three striker. I don't think he's ****e, just stopped giving a ****. He reeks of a player who's fallen out of love with the game. Sooner he ****s off the better :)

Wealthy young bloke goes on holiday, does some major partying and splashes some of that cash on his mates along the way.

Move along, people; nowt to see here.

Deals like £11 Million for McCormack and £12 Million for Long mean clubs are now asking and paying crazy prices. It is becoming impossible to judge where good value is and it will probably get worse on deadline day! While Sky and BT keep flooding the game with money some clubs will all too readily throw it around.

When he played for us it was the opposite. He worked his heart out and tried so hard but at the end of the day he looked like he has absolutely no talent at all. He had the turning circle of double decker bus, couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo and the acceleration of a diesel vehicle.

I really don't want Fletcher at all and there are plenty of better alternatives out there. He is injury prone, doesn't have a great goal scoring record, downgrade from Long and he just isn't the type of striker we need. (That being a forward with pace) We already have Jelavic and they are similar players.

Alternatively, he had one freak season at Watford, where he scored a load and gave the impression that he was much better than he actually was.
