Depends on who hits the ground running, Sanchez or Costa. I would favour Ramsey and Costa as Ramsey is following on from his excellent form and Costa will get plenty of service from Fabs etc. Sanchez will need some bedding in time and need to work out his best position and Lukaku will score but not as much as Costa.
Sanchez is down as a midfielder in some leagues, so that is quite interesting, but I can't think that Ramsey isn't a good bet. I wouldn't rule out Giroud though. He seems to be flying under the radar a bit.
I do an auction league at work where you have 100m to buy a 4-4-2 formation with one sub in each position. You start off using the Telegraph's pricing system and only one person can have one player. Apparently I'm not quite the bargainer I think I am as I spent more on Giroud than was spent on Sanchez, Aguero and Rooney... I also managed to buy Ramsey, Gibbs and Chezzers before the others realised they can say any price for Arsenal players and I'd outbid them. Consequently the rest of my squad is from Leicester as I ran out of money
Never let team allegiances influence your fantasy decisions. Rule 1. I consider Sanchez and Costa to be on the same level of value, so it really came down to who I think will score me more points ... Ramsey or Lukaku. And it's Ramsey. So Ramsey/Costa it is.
I'd be pretty annoyed if I was in that fantasy league, having a guy f*ck things up by paying stupid amounts for all the players of his team and leaving himself with no chance to win. If you don't want to cheer on other teams in fantasy, then don't play fantasy is my opinion. Team allegiances mean nothing. I picked Van Persie the year he moved to United, and that was an awesome thing for me.
My god you're depressing. I actually won last year with my Arsenal heavy squad and I think it's testiment to how we've improved that people were willing to bid against me in an effort to get them for their own teams. Still, if you think having loads of Arsenal players in a team leaves you with no chances to win then it must be pretty depressing supporting us.
I'm just going by what you were saying ... if you had a team last year that was a few Arsenal players and lots of players from a team like Leicester, you must've been playing with some utter duffers to win with that. It also sounds like the people were bidding against you because they figured out that they could bankrupt you pretty easily since you'd pay whatever.
