He's a footballer, so its probably in a large font and also probably contains spaces for doing crayon doodles.
How many zeroes did yours have on it? His probably has a few pages of zeroes, especially in that footballer-font

Two of the pages cover the size and shape of his birthday cake. Don't want him doing a Yaya on us do we.

DeAndre Yiddolin played his first game since becoming a Tottenham player last night.
He featured in Seattle Sounders' Open Cup game against Chicago Fire, rather strangely played at their 4,500 capacity training pitch, which is a tradition, apparently:

Unexpected scoreline, given that it was a semi-final.
Puts in a couple of decent crosses, at least.

The good news here is also building a relationship with the Sounders, the best US team. And that Klinsmann remains an old Spur, supposedly talking up our club to Yedlin. I certainly liked what I saw of Yedlin, but signing players based on World Cup performances is a notoriously fail-prone tactic.

Somebody's stats say Kane could be one of the best striker prospects to appear in the last five years in the PL. And, fool for stats that I am as a 'merican, it does make me wonder how he'd do with regular starts. Probably great, maybe awful, unlikely to be so-so, would be my guess.

They've photoshopped the words, or every word on the third paragraph is the same.

I feel cheated.

It works on all fronts at the moment.
No pressure on the boy. Let him develop in the MLS for a while (his home league) .

Doubt it - because The Fail say that Barca are sniffing around Walker as a replacement for Dani Alves...who they haven't sold as nobody wants to pay his inflated wages.

I like these signings with almost no floor and a high ceiling. Unlike Chelsea, while we do end up recycling quite a few, we make use of quite a few as well (not to mention selling a couple on to Real).

The haruspices are claiming we'll have no more big signings. I hope so, since the ones I heard about mostly sounded like bad ideas. I might even gamble we don't need another striker, though that's definitely risky. A good vet who can't play regularly but can still score might be a good option. I can see why Poch's transfer record isn't great. He doesn't seem focused enough on bargain hunting. $27 million for Schneiderlin is ridiculous, and $23 million for Musacchio isn't much better.

Do we really want bargain hunting? That tactic will only get us so far.

I don't get it . When we signed the Argie world cup winners , I was at school when the news broke like a whirlwind , Gazza the best youngest in a
generation , Lineker , Waddle , Allen , even under the miser prattish Suger we signed outstanding star proven talent such as Klinsman , Ginola .
Maybe a new generation raised on a diet of empty silverware are far more accommodating . A proud glory in bargain Buys (Holtby , who has been crap so far,
even John Pratt was better ) , contract nobodies , future prospects that will never be seen at their peak in a lillywhite shirt is the new dawn. It a bit like
showing off an ugly fat girlfriend when you could pull some real talent .
You are so right Mr King , the tacit has it's limitations , has anyone been succesful with it this century in England ?
Under all the hype all we have is the hope of a miracle.

VDV, Modric, Bale, Berbatov. Yeah, all we've done is sign cheap flops, what low standards we all have.

Lamela was supposed to be the equivalent ofthe gazza type signing...eriksen is the the waddle or ginola type of signing and soldado was the lineaker or klinnsman type of signing (I dont mean their comparable styles of play...I mean their impact)
As for holtby ... he has been better than lamela, soldado plus all the other big name signings bar eriksen
Sometimes patience is needed so I am glad the signings are getting a second season...just hope the patience extends to poch

Poch or Pochettino?

If thats what our fans are going to be calling him then he is already Jinxed, just like "AVB". We need a manager that is called by their real name at first and then if they show how talented they are, then they get a nickname.
