None of them - they are all racist meat heads who cannot join everyone else in the real world - its not the early 80's anymore!

I've said it countless times including face to face with about 5 members, if they really wanted to fight extremism, they'd join the army. they wouldn't do all this intimidating bullshit and attacking innocent muslim women and children. Those 5 quickly walked off when my mates came round the corner, all of which were white. This lead to them shouting that they were betrayers of England.

There was a member on here a while ago trying to stick up for the actions of the EDL.

I explained to him about the violent protests at the mosque in Southsea which he refused to believe until I posted evidence of racial chanting and violence. He then said his farewells and has never been seen again on here.

I have time for people who want to express their views in a peaceful way - but the EDL are a whole different kettle of fish.

How a group can use the muslim extremists buring the poppy in london (which i dont agree with) as an exuce to stand out the mosque in southsea chanting "Your'e not welcome here anymore" to innocent muslims is beyond me.

They do not believe what they are doing is a racist movement and they fully well believe they have the god given right to proceed with these horrible demonstrations.

How PCC has allowed this is beyond me and I will put money on there being a bigger following of "Anti-EDL" people out than for the EDL themselves - this then gets the EDL worked up and the true meatheads will cause harm and injury.

The fact that it coincides with the Chelsea Game is another moment of madness from PCC - the first demo at the mosque coincided with a Chelsea tuesday night game - coincidence? I think not!

I hope that any Chelsea fans reading this will not think I am saying that all Chelsea fans are EDL members - thats just not true - but it does make you wonder!

It can't have been coincidence that the EDL march in Preston was on the same day Millwall was in town. Echoing you, to any Millwall fans who read this and are welcome to join our debate, i am not suggeting that all Millwall fans are members of the EDL. But they do seem to pick their protest dates very carefully.

When the last demo happened outside the mosque - it is recorded that it was the london branch of the EDL that set it up!

"I know lads, lets go demo outside that mosque which is right near Fratton park, then go watch the game and for a giggle lets go back afterwards" - total morons. The lot of them.

Anyone know WHY they're coming to Portmouth? I also considered the city to be pretty multi-cultural and respectful <ok>

Hopefully the fact that the Chelsea game is on the same day will take some of the spotlight away from these idiots and less will turn up.

I think you will find that the Chelsea game IS the reason they are doing it in Pompey.

As i said, last time out, the EDL came down with Chelsea fans, went to the game and then went back to the mosque to protest - its all a bit of a coincidence if you ask me!?

Hmmm fair point. Anyone know the timing of it?

Its shame because I've never known any hatred before. I doubt any Portsmouth residents will actually turn up. Could mean a large counter protest though :emoticon-0116-evilg

The UAF, plus student protest groups and a muslim backing will be present I would imagine. I have no idea what the route of the demo is yet - but guarenteed, all the non-arrested meat heads will be in Fratton Park for kick off!

Again, if any Chelsea fan reads this, this is not a generalisation - but i did think it was kind of odd that they are close to selling their 3000 ticket allocation for the FRIENDLY!!!!
