Laughable when people use us been in the Europa League as a plus point to sign big players. It is a massive achievement for us to be in it and we will all enjoy the ride and go as far as we can. That said nobody gives a s**t about Europa League until about the Semi Finals. The competition regularly has teams like Motherwell qualify. Not to mention it is unlikely we will be in Europe again for a long time. It's a pull to Championship players and other players of teams that are a similar same stature to us.
I think the Europa league will be rising in stature starting from this season. Champions League spot as a prize from this season onwards and a bigger tv deal from next season I think. That said, it's not pull for a club like ours to use to attract top class talent, but it certainly gives us an edge over lower/mid table signings for whom it may be their only chance to play in European competition.
Your the clown shoe with your standard prosaic comments. We were always going to spend big. Glad that the penny has dropped in that massive void of yours.
I know it's overly fashionable to pick on people who are not educated enough to know the difference between simple words like your and you're but I've never been able to take any poster who doesn't know the difference seriously. I guess it's unfair, but it's stuff that should have been learned at school and it suggests a lack of intelligence. Now I'm not one to try to offend people on this board and apologies if I do Mr. Tickler, but if you want to suggest someone is thick, try not to post like a thicko. Just saying ...
If you ever use a tablet or a phone, they have a mind of their own and sometimes swap them about at their own leisure. I always leave it to it's (there it goes again) own device.
I typed the above on my phone. I disable word prediction and corrections as I'm capable of spelling without the help. Noted though. Edit: Having said that I often have to edit my spelling as the keyboard is rubbish.
I'm easily capable of spelling without the help, I trialled not using predictive but as it usually picks up what word you're writing fairly quickly it definitely makes it quicker, not to mention having to change 'keyboard page' as I'll call it every time you want to use an apostrophe or something. And the fact it's an absolute pain in the arse to go back to edit any miss hit letters where predictive would usually pick it up and fix it for you.
