Never been a big Halle Berry fan.

Halle Berry has always been one of my favourite (lookswise... acting not so much) black women... although, is she really "black"? She's as white as she is black!

 

She is not techinally black, just as I am not technically white, we are brown and pink(ish).

Ahh didnt realise you were talking semantics mate. I didn't realise she had a white parent.
I think Nathalie Emmanuel's mother is white too.
There is a general habit of labelling anyone who isn't 100% white, as black. Don't think there is any real malice or evil intent behind it, maybe just laziness.

One of the most pale girls I knew is black... from all black ancestors (that she knew of).


One of my friends was son of two mixed parents. Offspring get interesting when two mixed race individuals have kids.

He had fairly lightish skin, although facial features were African... looked like a lighter skinned Colin Powell.*

His sister (really hot) looked 100% black and his younger brother looked white but slightly unplacably ethnic. (Kind of how" the rock" looks ethnic but can't place what ethnicity)



* we used to call him two tone because he used to claim his skin was mostly white but he bragged to have giant black genitalia.

We never checked his claims.
