Hardly astonishing in the light of the last few years. It seems strange that every time one "celeb" is either found guilty or cleared another one pops up to face allegations. This will probably go on for years.

OK so the old saying innocent until proven guilty, but why does this not surprise me in the least. I'm sure like many when they launched operation Yew Tree and started to haul celebs in, me and a few mates all discussed who we thought would be under the spotlight. Sir Cliff was high up on the list. Also if still alive I mentioned Rod Hull, think about it. He was one step ahead and used his Emu puppet to do the groping... Who knows but in this sick world things still disgust me but sadly don't surprise me anymore. EDIT: Sorry about the Rod Hull bit, I kind of meant it in poor taste humor, if I have offended anyone then I apologize.

Not much to say on this - my comments on the Ched Evans thread re the compensation culture may still hold. I bet the press vultures have been hovering for years in anticipation of this one, just so they can do faux-exaggerated outrage as a facade for their greedy glee. Might be true, might not but why now rather than when everyone else was coming forward for everyone else?
Very much this too. That's why I gave myself a slap on the wrist on my last post and put the innocent until proven guilty. Without doubt sadly a lot of the allegations thus far have ended with convictions, but as you say Matt we live in a world where greed rules. Some people will s**t on you without a second thought if they could get a big £££ payout from it. Again in this sick world things still disgust me but sadly don't surprise me anymore.
