My ex used to have a rat (a proper rodent before anyone gets jokes in) and it was really friendly. I hated when she let it out though and id sit watching tele and it would appear on my shoulder making me jump

Arriva Trains Wales know Utd are in decline, they have a poster of places to visit on their network and one of them is labelled as Manchester Utd Old Trafford Museum.

Ronaldo feeling the need for tip toes.

    -

    Michael Owen:

That season our strikers were Torres (who struggled with injuries), Kuyt (who played in midfield) and N'Gog (N'Gog). I know Owen was injured a lot but he was on pay as you play at United and scored some important goals for them.

Did Rafa make the wrong decision?

  12. We may have been short in numbers but, despite having N'Gog, we wanted quality too! Absolutely the right decision to not sign him.

If Owen really cared about LFC he'd have gone to hull and actually played more and not tarnished his reputation by going to United.

  16. I expected him to join Everton, his boyhood club.

I've never held going to Man Utd against him, it was clearly one last shot at winning a league title which he did so doubt he has any regrets either. What annoyed me was his clear intention to run down the clock on his contract which is why we sold him so cheaply in the end; anything is better than nothing. Didn't he have the opportunity to rejoin us before going to Newcastle but chose the money?

    my opinion is;

    1. rafa really tried to keep him but he did run it down and did a mcmanaman by running that clock down while saying x and y to the fans. this was strike one.

    2. We cannot be sure what happened around the return move. we know newcastle offered 17 crazy million and that ended it but i am not actually sure we offered 10mil in the end

    i quote:

In the summer, Michael was one of the names on the list of strikers we were pursuing, but Fernando was always top of that list, and the one we wanted above all others," Benitez said. "When you talk to Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher they say what a great player Michael is, and they wanted him, because he is a great finisher and a good striker.

"But Torres was our top choice because he was young, because he is very quick and he has such potential. He had all the conditions we wanted, and we are very, very happy with our decision.

    3. he then joined utd on free after newcastle basically looked after him for 5 years on massive wages and them being relegated too.

for me this is strike 2 and 3.

however if mercenary mcmanaman can be somehow forgien and given gigs at the club we can probably adopt the f'r back in in some regard but the boring bollox is so bad on BT that i don't know why we'd bother.

IF ayre needs a gambling buddy to go with his drinking and snorting buddy... maybe.
