BBC are posting stuff on the Sportsday thread at the moment... Usual Harry stuff...AT wants to leave, hasn't been training Enjoyed this bit though.. "Journalists at the QPR news conference appear to be just reeling off a list of players that have been linked with a move to Loftus Road over the summer." Have they got hold of the not606 list of rumours??
Players he was asked about were De Guzman, Sighthorsson, Fer - all good players he said. Kranjcar - talking with him about him coming back. Alex Song - no, rubbish!
He is still føkkin openly lying about Adel not training, when he did so at open training. Don't believe a word he says.
"@chazaustin9 is really looking forward to the @premierleague - he can't wait. I'm sure he'll score goals at this level" when did harry start talking like this or has Charlie changed his name by deed poll
Harry is very savy when it comes to interviews. He will never openly slag off a player. There is a problem with Adel. I am guessing it is his attitude and he wants off. But harry will never come out and say it like that
I assume Harold writes his own scripts for these things!!!! What odds a fit and enthusiastic Taarabt to score winner on Saturday.....5000/1?
I just wonder if the only times Adel "trained" were at the open session in Ireland and on the first day fitness session at Harlington ... in front of the cameras.
From the way Harry's talking about Remy on SSN it sounds like he's trying to ramp up interest in selling him
I have a couple of question for you: How many training sessions have been available to QPR players since the team got back together in the Summer? How many do you 100% know for sure/can prove that Adel has attended and actually trained in? What you appear to be saying is that you believe Adel is training hard at every session but Harry is lying through his teeth about it? That's an big statement/accusation to make, especially based on the limited info you have about the situation. You're giving the benefit of doubt to a particular player who has a provable history of petulance and lack of discipline. Fair enough that you like him and want him to stay. The truth is, none of us here know all the facts about what Adel is up to but I don't think Adel training once or twice in view of the public proves that he's taking part in all serious, behind closed doors training. Why don't you take a more neutral stance and just work with what you know and keep an open mind in relation to the things we can't possible know? I hope you can sense that this post is not an attack and that I'm just trying to reason with you.
My thoughts exactly when Liverpool blew him off. Instead of keeping scthum, leaving questions about his fitness unanswered and quietly trying to keep hold he came out with: Sounds like a sales pitch.
It's not hard to find the odd holes in Harold's media rubbish Two days left to stale him then all we can do is watch and get behind the 11
Not slating so much as baffled by why a player most of us'd keep in a flash, and he obviously rates, seems to be on the get rid list. I have wondered if it's anything to do with the sell-on clause and the uncertainty it brings. Could we splash out on another decent striker now with remy's wages still on the books? Or do we hold on to him until the last possible moment then see him go near the end of the transfer window when somebody activates the clause leaving us days or hours to panic buy a replacement? If he stays the same again in January.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eifCeGtzQRY&feature=youtu.be Footage from todays training session, Adel training on his own.
In the grand scheme of things this isn't very important, but that was a very sad image. Without apportioning blame on anyone, what a pathetic, childish way to go about business, from both sides. Adel is far from the only player in history to be 'made to train on his own' and I know it's not QPR specific either, but I struggle to think of any other business which would treat a troublesome employee like this. Infantile, let's end it as soon as possible.
Has he been forced to train alone? It could be that he's chosen not to train with the others. Maybe he feels outcast by the other players.
I don't think it is that way at all. Remy done the exact same thing in Carton House. Adel is out on his own doing fitness training while the rest of the squad are working on everything else. In fact the only person to blame here is Adel. If he was up for it he would not have came back for pre season so out of shape.
