A sport associated with irish terrorism, discriminating views towards the security forces and their families and evidence that bullying HAS ALREADY happened in the sport would lead me to the assumption that it would happen again. A bit more water tight, than your assumption that if that fella Devlin pleaded not guilty to religiously aggravated breach of the peace then the case would be dropped by the police. I can't recall many cases like this were the police just shrug their shoulders and say "Lets forget about it!"
