Kenny says it doesn't look like a deal will be done for Leicester striker Chris Wood and the club will move on.

 

Odd (and slightly disrespectful) for a club to tweet about a rumour.

I think thats what we all want too!

 

I would honestly rather we keep Chris Wood, than splash out £10m on inmate Deeney

 

I'd happily loan him to Watford with an option to buy at the end of the season if it sweetens the Deeney deal.

Wants to fight for his place, and did himself a favour today. Took the goal well, and managed to kick a chunk out of Jagielkas shoulder.

 

Great finish, and I think his celebration probably shows he wants to stay! Imagine the physical presence of an Ulloa/Wood partnership! Ulloa's was a nice finish too.

 

Ive said this all along - i think he really could turn out to be a big player for us - particularly later in the season.

 

Wood could learn alot from Ulloa about physical presence from what i saw Saturday! some outstanding scuffles from Ulloa to win the high balls over.
