Would be disappointed to see Long leave. The £10M price tag is no doubt what it would cost us to replace him should he go so yes he is worth that figure to us if not to you. If he stays I think him and Jelavic will get the goals to keep us clear of trouble again. If not then good luck to him and hopefully SB will have a suitable replacement lined up before he lets him go.
Nah he's on the wind up, isn't he? £12m... I'd rather we'd have been the ones doing the McCormack deal if he costs us that much.
I spent some time there and was pleasantly surprised. May have gone down hill though since 2000 or maybe uphill
We will have spent about 20m on our strike force. For that, we will have gotten a guy who scores once every four games, and a guy who is approaching 30 and has never been capable of scoring outside the Eredivisie.
I'm holding off judgement - it's way too much £ but I'm going on the fact the Hull fans would be very disappointed.
Way way way too much ****ing money for Long. The transfer window has gone crazy. 10m for Rodwell ,12m for Long, what next? 15m for Redmond?
They've doubled their money on the back of 4 goals in 15 games. I don't see how anyone could think this was anything but hilariously bad.
