I missed it, too busy messing about in Slovakia, but it was a mate of mine who organised it... https://www.facebook.com/events/794254497258388/?ref=22
OLM, I noticed your clothing in Sports Direct. Is this really the market you are trying to attract? Seriously question.
It's no longer anything to do with me, the company that license the Lambretta brand decided to give the footwear, bag, underwear and sock licenses to discounters and all the gear was going into Sports Direct and I decided it was no longer for me. So, unfortunately, despite having launched the clothing brand from scratch eighteen years ago, I decided to give up on it and hand back the license, so the clothing is now also with the discounters. I've retained the Trojan Records sub-brand, that I ran as part of the Lambretta range and this will continue to produce the product that I would have done for Lambretta and it will be stocked by all the same accounts(as my customers are all dropping Lambretta for obvious reasons). I am also launching a new premium Men's clothing brand for spring/summer 2015.
Cheers for that. Once it's available in Sports Direct...anyone with any taste will avoid. It's a sure way to devalue your brand although it might make money in the short term.
I used to do well in Scandanavia, but my distributors(based in Gothenburg) jacked it in to take on the watch license and become Lambretta Watches. Shame really, I used to enjoy my trips to Gothenburg.
I saw this scooter parked in Whitby in May and immediately thought I wonder if OLM has taken up wood graining. Even the crash helmet was painted to match.
