£12m? well, in that case it was worth waiting for. Talk was we'd originally offered £16m, they wanted closer to £20m (not sure how true any of that is) but to then get him for £12m (plus any add ons) is great business. Handy them being over here for the super cup as well, means can get everything all tied up nicely.

Well played by us if its 12m initial fee - shame it couldn't have happened a week earlier so he had bit more time with the squad and maybe make first game but no big one
It's a shame but as you say, he's been signed for 5 years I'd assume, not 1 game so Nice that we're actually being quite strong in our negotiations for players this summer, even though clubs know we have money to spend

Not sure how we've ended up here, but Sevila wanted straight cash and we wanted to give them some of the money plus Suso. Given 12mill is much lower than has been reported for the last few weeks, does that mean Suso is heading off on a permanent transfer? I hope not, think he's got huge promise as a player and he'll be one of those we shouldn't have let go. Anyone heard anything specific about the deal yet?
