According to poleon on twitter tonight, it appears he's on the way to pastures new. Doesn't say if move is a loan or permanent
Wouldnt mind him staying, although get loaned out for a while, Maybe he can pass on his contacts to white, hunt etc.
Looks permanent. He's removed 'Leeds Player' from his Twitter account description. Tweets also saying that his contract has been cancelled by mutual consent but obviously no confirmation yet.
So we're moving a young player on and keeping crap like Hunt and Morison. Must be in the hunt move for 2 more strikers not just the one we desperately need
Its a shame, he scored a few goals for us when played in the right position. Don't think he got a chance under ****er or McD. Lets hope we get some replacements in as it seems like we're shipping out our kids.
I don't see any problem with Poleon leaving like White he will never be good enough. I,m more concerned about who we bring in.
Won't be missed IMO, I thought he had a chance to make it, but unfortunately it hasn't worked out. It'll be interesting to see if he makes it at a different club. That's if he does go. Seems like another player leaving the sinking ship.
I'm more concerned with the players Cellino is bringing in Billy. I know if they don't work out we don't have to buy them, but I can see Smith, Murphy wanting to go, just to get away from this circus of a club that we all love and support.
another who will make a decent career at league 1 and below. Never did a thing to tell me he would make it at Leeds. Wouldn't have been the first to be released but as the others are high earners keep them til the contracts run down
Thing is Shaks, if they want away, let them **** off. Strikes me having read the fiasco that was last seasons training, with players turning up for a free dinner, shower and then back home, some of these guys dont actually fancy hard work. Lest them **** off. I only want to see eleven players who want to play for the shirt, whether its for financial reasons, love of pizzas or whatever. And its not a sinking ship Shaks. It sank a long time ago but takes a long time to rescue a sunken ship from the bottom of the ocean
So the player with pace thats never really been given a decent chance to show what he can do, that actually in his 11 minutes on the pitch on Saturday scored higher in a few Sunday papers than the rest of the team, is off? Thats great news, thank god we've still got the likes of Hunt, Morisson and co
We still have them cos we haven't been able to offload them yet. Hardly blame anyone for that except the **** players themselves and whoever signed them on daft contracts in the first place
I'm sure Cellino won't let us sign people like Hunt and Morrison again on wages like they are so once they are gone that will be that but unfortunately nobody wants them so we are stuck
