Sad news today is that Robin Williams has passed away after (allegedly) committing suicide last night in his home. Grew up watching his films and even now I still enjoy them, so many movies he did that were great, The Peter Pan and Hook films, Jumanji, Mrs Doubtfire, Toys, Aladdin, Good Will Hunting, Flubber, Bicentennial Man, Robots, Night at the museum and many more... Very sad news indeed R.I.P Robin Williams please log in to view this image
Funny enough the first thing I thought about when I heard about robin Williams was the family guy episode where peter griffin turns everyone into him
I'm gutted. Aside from being a fantastic actor and comedian he also seemed to be a genuinely friendly person that just loved making people laugh.
Quite often the case where the funniest men are troubled with depression and such like which they hide from the public. Sad news indeed.
Good Morning Vietnam, one of the best films of my lifetime, for me.... please log in to view this image RIP Robin......
Sad day - a very funny man - depression is an illness that can strike anyone. Dead Poets Society had a big influence on my career - it inspired me to take a different job within the Organisation I worked for, which as it turned out was the best thing I ever did
Such a shame, big respect for him as he came out to Kandahar in Afghanistan in Christmas Day in 07 when I was out there and did a show for the troops.
It is so sad when such a clearly gifted man who would appear to have the world in his hands succumbs to depression and eventual suicide. A funny man has left the building, always to be remembered. Our hearts should go out to his family at this time.
Sad year for comedy for me, 3 of my favourites now gone Roger Lloyd Pack, Rik Mayall and now Mork Nano nano Robin
