    Good Morning Everyone,

Following the collapse of the deal for Juventus defender Frederik Sorensen last week, Leeds have acted quickly in snapping up ex Italian under 21 international Giuseppe Bellusci.

The 24 yo Catania player held talks with Leeds earlier this summer but the two parties could not agree a deal, but it looks like he will be putting pen to paper later on today after a medical.

Just like the majority of the inbound players, Leeds will sign him on a years loan, subject to agreeing a price for his full time services should he impress.

It looks like Poleon's days are numbered. He sent a cryptic message on twitter last night about moving on.

It is a shame, but we all have to admit, its never really worked out for him at Elland Road, a bit like Tom Lees, a nearly player.

I'm sure we all wish him well.

Accrington travel to Leeds in the Cup. This could be the first opportunity to see youngster Zan Benedicic.

Surely, this is a must win for Hockaday, otherwise the vultchers will really start circulating.

Good morning Matt and everyonefrom a partial sunny Bardsey
Sorry that we have got rid of Poleon but I think it shows the ruthlessness of MC just what we needed I do hope that he somehow shows the door to Norris Kenny Hunt and White Morison can stay for now until we get some good replacements
I said in my summary last week that Dawson and Cook were not ready for the big step up and it showed on Saturday .I think it also showed that Agard is ready so lets get him NOW

Morning all <ok> Sad news about Robin Williams as he was the funniest guy in the world in the 70's, 80's and 90's and still massive last week.

My god I hope we get a good result tonight otherwise it's curtains for a couple of Essex lads. Text is saying Sam Byram isn't playing due to being sold and so the cull continues, but losing Sam is probably harder to take than losing FAT Ross.

Morning elland ... well what a result if we do sign "The Warrior" today, although with Cellino's track record with his exploding head act, a player can only be confirmed as signed after he's played ten games in a White shirt ... I hope we still get Sorensen in as well, and its now clear that Salerno is the fixer, because Cellino had announced the Bellusci deal dead and buried a few weeks ago in one of his now customary public rants ... I still want to see us make a serious effort to sign Delort, and we must be talking to the lad because he was due at Charlton a week ago ... really sad to see Poleon go, he has a knack of scoring goals and he was never given a chance in truth, would still pick him ahead of Hunt anyday, and if he goes to a club with the right environment he will do well, another young Academy graduate worth keeping an eye on, it makes you wonder why we'll pay him off but keep White and Thompson ... Smith to score a treble tonight and make Hock look like a genius, and then to sit on the bench on Saturday as Hunt is given a chance to prove Hock right

Morning all. So sad to see the passing of robin Williams. Despite the outward funny appearance and comic genius obviously had his demons. No surprise Poleon on way out. Championship is probably a division to high for him at the moment.
As for Bellusci, I'll refrain from comment until he's actually played for us and were sure he's a Leeds player. I do believe over the next few weeks we will see many personnel changes. I've also no doubt Cellino will be working hard to get rid of hUnt and Morisson. No easy job though given their huge wages and the fact they're useless.
Seemingly Roy hodgson on is all set for another two years in charge of England. Farcical surely having masterminded worst World Cup in half a century despite having the pick of supposedly the best league in the world. Yet our mans head is called for after one match

Morning Mike, ruthless, thats one word for him. Poleon just was not quite good enough. He couldn't get onto that next level, and only slightly better then Grella

Just read Hocks interview with the YEP and what a load of shyte he spouts. "The president and I are agreed that we need new players"???? We fans have been telling him that for weeks, yet he still puts out players like Hunt and Morison as being his best, when he could have used Smith and Poleon or just Smith. The mans a cock and if we fail to outshine a team that avoided being relegated from the FL last season, then bye bye fella.

Goooooooooooooooooooooodddddddddd mornin' vietleeds. So sad about Robbie Williams. This is what happen when your star fades and you're no longer flavour of the month.

Not a good day all round were we to sell Poleon as well. He looked on Saturday that he might just thrive now that we're playing proper footy, even more so with some of his academy colleagues coming through. We just have to cope with Hunt and Morison instead. Lucky us, huh???

Another Italian allegely coming in. Let's hope he really is better than what we have, and Wooten has to work hard to get back into the starting XI (assuming Pearce will be the other starting CB given that he's the captain.

Big night for us tonight. A decent win and all the WUMs and naredowells will get back in their box. A shaky 1-0 or dare I say a loss, and the Hock's days could be numbered given Cellino's patience levels. Me, I think we will win 3 to 4-0 & all will be well.

Blimey that came out of the blue. Sad news, I thought he was a headcase, in a good way. I remember him in Mork and Mindy. Made some good films, wouldn't have thought he could suffer from depression. FFS he'd have been worse if he was a Whites supporter.

Fingers crossed on bellusci, and fingers crossed he keeps his temper under control if he does come. Seems the committed (or should be committed) psycho type the fans love, but spends half the season suspended. Which likely means we still need another centre half if we do sign him. Hopefully there might be a flicker of life left in the negotiations for Sorensen or cooper.

Funnily enough shako I thought the exact opposite on robin Williams. Of the people I've known in my life with a zany, larger than life personality, almost all have been on anti depressants.

    Still very sad.

Did Byram ask to leave? A bit disappointed if he goes, but he really only had 0ne good season, he was injured too much in his 2nd. I realise to play in the Premier is a big deal for players, but at 20 yrs of age he has plenty of time to get there, I could understand if he was 26 or so. Is he just leaving a sinking ship or is he getting above himself. Personally I'm baffled why we would sell him, money aside, because he is the type of player that we should be building the team with. Not replacing him with cheap foreign imports with potential.

I've heard a lot of comedians are actually quite moody. He just never struck me as a fellow who was depressed. He did do a lot of drugs and drink, so those wouldn't have helped. Anyway I thought he made some good films, don't know if it was suicide but it's sad in any case.

    Morning all <ok>

Really sad news about Robin Williams, quite a shock.

Heading up to Durham again today but should be back in time to listen to the match, so I'll have to keep checking in when I can to see if this signing gets over the line.

Also, might steal your poll idea for future match threads elland <cheers>

Apparently his agent said if the chance of pl football came up he wanted the chance. Suppose that means he won't be 100& committed to us and hence why hell likely be sold, and of course probably 7m in the bank to soften the blow
