Well, one thing it isn't is Sade on steroids. It's sort of a combination of Bjork, King Crimson and the Art of Noise. Interesting. Might even grow on me. I'm a little old fashioned though. The music must be able to stand up all by itself, without the video, and still remain interesting. She could be onto something.
Cracking stat from QI on Twitter here: Twice as many people visit the theatre in London every year than attend Premier League football matches.
Crikey, really..? Are they sure they're not missing a zero somewhere..? Let's see. Over a round of matches 10 PL grounds are being occupied. Let's say the average attendance is about the capacity of St Marys. So 320,000 per week. Now, there are apparently 108 [wow, just looked that up in Wiki] theatres in London, which are in use twice a day for about 40-50 weeks of the year, let's say, averaging around 400 seats [there are several big 2000 seat theatres and many around 800-1000] Yeah, I can see how it happens now. Still slightly mind boggling, but I'm satisfied its true.

Oh it can. It's the frustrations of having to at least give a nod to the modern way of music consumption. We've another of her tracks being put online next Monday - I really love the track, but it's irritating because what I'd REALLY like to do is drop the 9 minute track out there instead. It's absolutely stunning, but would be career suicide (potentially) to put that one out there because people who operate online, and the blogs we need to attract, just will not take the time to listen to a 9 minute track. Annoying, but just the way things are. Now I'm very much of the opinion that a true artist dictates and can change consumer behaviour, and certainly should never be beholden to it, but at this stage of a career, we need to get a leg-up off the ground before we can make those kind of decisions. Hence the need to get visuals of some kind out there. I can pretty much guarantee though, the next set of visuals we have will be very, very different. She has that chameleon-type ability, for sure. EDIT - you've heard the full track, right TSS? https://soundcloud.com/fablemusic/i_speak_words
In other news, specifically "Agent Moustache", and seeing as we're talking about ISIS. He reported in to me this morning (because I was worried) - "it's getting bonkers out here. ISIS currently around 2-3 clicks away. Can see them through bins. I LOVE WAR! PS - don't tell the wife."
The terrifying side of it is it shows how Sky *is* the Premier League. Attendance and ticket sales is nothing.
Found this. Was thinking who is still a user on here?
It's going to be weird going back to work in a few weeks. A bunch of co-workers have told me they're refusing to go back because of the situation over the border. Pussies!
Hell of an interesting place to be right now. Any signs of western forces? Ha, they're not interested in invading Kuwait, are they?
Not sure. Comms are a little difficult as I'm sure you can imagine. I've just told him to engage "weasel mode".
Seems as though Gareth Bale and Ward-Prowse have the same management team. Gareth Bale's official Twitter page sent out a tweet with Ward-Prowse and Yoshida in it, with the tweet saying something about relaxing after training. It was then quickly deleted and posted on Ward-Prowse's account!
