As much as I love seeing him play the game, if he doesn't want to be here (and someone needs to actually check that he won't pull on a jersey and take to the field) then we should accept (reluctantly).

If we're never going to play Cesar then we need to offer him on a free.

It would be healthy for the club to have a decisive break from our last Premiership season rather than having hugely talented but unwanted/unwilling individuals hanging around like malevolent spirits.

    As Rafa Benitez might say:

Fact- He doesn't want to be here. Fact- Harry won't play him. Fact- Paying his wages for him to sit out the final year of his contact will cost the club 3.5 million. Fact- Even with the 40% payaway to Spurs 3 million still represents a slim profit on what he cost us.

Fact- We should take the offer and bl##dy run! .

Adel want to be in Milan. He thinks it's his dream transfer. He's been humiliated by Harry in the past by being called a fruitcake and being sent home in disgrace from a friendly tour. If he's not sold now, and September 1 passes, is Adel going to knuckle down and try to make our team? That's what TF and the board have to figure out.

It's a shame there aren't more teams interested in taking him. Milan know they're the only game in town. I'm expecting him to go, cheaply

    Speaks the woman of reason.

We loved him when he was good, but the tantrums and trouble caused (articluated by Warnock, the only manager to get Adel to play) in the modern game is not tolerated.

Which is why clubs all over Europe are not beating down the door with 10mil plus offers

I wonder why - because he is one of the most talented dedicated players in Europe (as some suggest) - Money talks, people mumble !!

I actually think that Mark Hughes' only good contribution was to get Adel working relatively hard. Around that time Adel surprised me with his work rate but I suspect it happened because it was in Adel's interest as MH gave him some attention and a possible way to first team football and maybe a way out of QPR. I don't, for a second, believe it would have been because Adel saw the light and decided to work hard. Sadly, he's given us no reason to believe he has any pride in his work or does anything except for his own benefit. He's just not a reasonable person.

I do sometimes like a maverick but only those with some morality and honour tucked away.

I don't believe "He hasn’t done a day’s training since we’ve been back. He’s miles away from being fit to play at the moment." Which is what Harry said.

Thats just not true, there are pictures of him in training, with the whole group, and there are pictures of him doing the fitness tests. Cant understand why Harry would say that when it is obvious it isn't true.

Once I had Warnocks book my opinion of AT went down.
What a waste of a talent though.

He wants out, and believes that if he makes a complete pain in the ar*e of himself at Loftus Road by failing to train and showing no interest in the team, the owners will only be too pleased to be rid of him even if they have to take a financial hit. It may work.

I love it how the majority of "pro-Adel's" want to blame Harry for Adel not ripping up our pre-season, and being a big part of our plans.

What happened to an individual's responsibility for one's own actions.

Guess who his agent is .... Kia Joorabchian.

"Listen Adel, don't go too far, just make yourself as unpopular as you can with Redknapp and we can get you out on the cheap."

Didn't notice Redknapp taking any responsibility for getting us relegated with a 16% win rate or our plummet out of the automatic promotion places last season. We hear a lot more from Redknapp, a proven and self confessed liar, than we do from Adel about what's going on, one side of a story.

So yes, Adel has responsibility for himself and his actions, Redknapp has responsibility for our first team results and performances.

It's all part of Arry's cunning plan. I'm expecting Adel to come off the bench and bang in the winner on Saturday.

Took part fully in the open training session in Ireland. In fact, he did some extra training one on one with one of the coaches.

Have you asked the team, each one. I doubt it or that it is true. The rest of the team ought to want good players likely to take us up the League. If they don't they have the problem.

It’s ignorant comments like this that lead to AC Milan trying to treat us like mugs and pick our pockets- he has just had a successful loan spell out there and thrived in the champions league and it’s this attitude that has led to Milan trying to pick our pick our pockets and get him for a criminally low amount of money.

A large chunk of our fans are of the old fashioned kick and rush mentality that favour try hard players with no ability and don’t worry how a side that didn’t create chances in the premiership is going to give away its most creative player of ther last 30 40 years, virtually for free

I really don’t get the sensitivity about him not wanting to be here.

This is only in comparison to him wanting to play for one of the biggest clubs in Europe as he has always said. Wasn’t that long ago that I bumped a thread after he was loaned where you yourself had put up a pictyure of a pig flying after Adel the year before said he wanted to go Milaan.

Now that one of the biggest clubs in Europe were so impressed with him they want to sign him I do not see why you are so offended and surprised he wants to go there.

Rio Ferdinand said in his press conference that he wanted to stay at Man United- so in effect he Never wanted to be at QPR!!

Remy doesn’t want to be here- he wanted to be at Liverpool- and will put up withus until another big club does try and sign him after he proves himself again in the prem.

Charlie Austin- will eventually end up going on to a bigger club if he succeeds in the prem and using us a stepping stone

Clint Hill would leave us in a heartbeat if Liverpool came in for him. So Adel getting stick because he is good enough to want to sign him and Clint Hill isn’t good enough so he gets stick is based on stupidity and ignorance.

It is up to us to set a price and only let him gop if that’s met. Assambologna is worth £8m?! McCormack is worth £11m?! Adel is worth £3m?!?! Really, have a word with yourselves

And trust me after what I was told on Saturday anbout Barton’s arguments this week with Harry and Rio its him you want to get shot of if your worried about team spirit

The payment to Spurs is only 40% on the mark up above the 1 Million we paid for him so we'd be getting 2.2M. Add the wages which I doubt are close to the 65K mark but more like 40 that still represents a direct improvement of around 4M on this year's bottom line.
It's time we all move on - You can't sack a manager for not being able to manage one player - that is and would be suicidal.
You could sack a manager for being consistently incompetent however - just saying, not pointing any fingers before 999s starts going down the bored route or at worst for the Valium.
