Good morning everyone from a rather wet southampton (seems theirs a few leeds followers down here).
I have been following leeds united since I was around ten, from 1970’s to present day,and in all that time to the lowest point playing league 1, I have never seen such a poor side as we had last season, mostly due in my mind to poor ownership and lack of investment, however I was excited when mr cellino took over, here was a man putting his heart & money into the club, and then wallop appointed Dave hockaday oh dear was a lot of peoples thaught, but hey give him a chance, but after only one game I want him out (nothing changed from last season on that showing.
But who would we like to replace him if it happens?
I personally would like to see simon grayson back, here is a guy whos leeds united through & through, sure he had some bad results, but he felt them just as much as you and I,he built a good entertaining teem on next to nothing, and in my mind if bates baught two extra quality players we could have been in the premiership by now.

Morning and welcome Southernwhite - Who I would like, who would dare to come and work under Cellino and who we will get are all so different <ok>

I wouldn't have a problem with Grayson coming back

Good question, bit premature. Important to note before we go any further, we don't have a manager and won't be getting one. Hocks a coach on 100k a week. Our next coach will be on similar wages. Grayson ain't gonna want to work as a coach and certainly not on that sort of money

Grayson would have been ideal because I know he has unfinished business here. However he wouldn't be able to cope with el presidente' and he did cave in too easily with Bates. Grayson produced our best team for a dozen years and bates sold them off.

Our new coach would be either someone straight out of the new Burton set-up or the more likely is an Italian we've not heard of or can pronounce yet. We have a whole new football model which in theory should prove to be a massive success, but it could all fall down if done wrong.

Even that is £85k over the odds. What is minimum wage these days?

with all due respect this seems like a futile argument this ? we had a great chance in the summer to bring in a manager who was going to turn this great club around ( i to have supported leeds since i was ten) everything was in place a new owner we thought with cash and what does he do? hr hires a duffer of an unknown who does weird interviews and has no pedigree ! who is to say when he sacks hockawally which he will in the next few week ! he dosent hire another idiot im at the end of my tether.

    Agree with Shako,
Plus graysons subs were useless, when we were losing he would juat stand on the touchline looking gormless.

To be honest, I'd love to have Grayson back, and he'd love to come back.
