Good luck to him. He came in and did a great job when we were missing Suarez at the begining of the season. Some of those 1-0 wins were partly down to his leadership and form. Shame his form dropped - but he'll do a good job at his new club. A much lesser paced league.

sooooo... now we've seen the turth. maquillo has at least some game. enrique is still not fit, johnosn perferred at LB. Skertl and lovern play with sahko odd man out and a potential whinging problem if we are not careful Gerrard is the old man so with can and henderson starting we wonder who the f is coming i nto replace gerrard still even on a game by game basis Sturridge has no cover. coutinho looks good for 60mins... still.. All in all LFC need a player like reus badly but i can't see that one actually happening. Moreno is a crucial buy for us now as well.... if we get him and a forward we can compete. if we see august out with lambert and sturrdige everyone better crss their fingers, toes and ball sacks cos september to january is a long time to hope sturridge stays 100% fit.
Reus is very versatile and can play false 9. We have three wingers. Sterling, Markovic and Ibe (ok Assaidi to...). Two are teenagers and the other is 20 (ok and one is 25).
Then he's being played out of position then. If we sign Reus, I would be over the moon but it would not be a needed signing in a sense because we have decent wingers it's our strikers which is the problem if Sturridge is injuried.
No idea I'm afraid, but didn't see him. According to the Dortmund fan I watched the game with he's started back in light training, but is still a good couple of weeks away from getting a game.
We do have good quality. But think two to each position: Mignolet Jones Manquillo Flanagan Skrtel Agger Kelly Sakho Lovren ilori Enrique Johnson Gerrard Lucas Henderson Can Coutinho Allen Lallana Suso Sterling Markovic Sturidge Lambert Borini We could do with another striker as the depth options are not the right level on their own. But Rues could be very beneficial. Serious talent. After spending big on Lallana it may be less necessary but Lallana can play many roles and will be a crucial part still.
