That's quite a drop off. 5 levels of the pyramid. They finished sixth from bottom, too.
What position does he play and has he ever scored a goal?

He's a goalkeeper and was Boreham Wood's player of the year last season.

Very much his father's son, but perhaps even more German looking!

Nice to see that he's going to university, as well as playing. Very sensible.

Boreham Wood have a player called Raheem Sterling-Parker. <laugh> He must've thought that his name was so unique, up until a few years ago.

From QPR to Barcelona: When Terry Venables became El Tel

Good read. Also clears up one of the views that Venables sold Maradona because he was a bad influence.

I assume it will use the dollar, since the plan is for it to become the 51st US state, no?

I know, there's no chance of that, since no one can figure out how to arrange 51 stars in a rectangle.

Just like the FFP, or the US war on drugs: it's wrong if we're not in on it (in the latter case, big Pharma, whose poisons kill hundreds of thousands every year, and alchohol).

Your getting swamped in politics RWAEB

I rather thought the US might like to become a dependency of Scotland. <ok>

Anything that gets us to quit invading other countries and trying to spy on 7 billion people at once is welcome, as far as I'm concerned. We could be the Big Sky Island.

That would mean the US would have to legalise haggis.

We could give them the shooting rights, there'd be no problem then.
