Keith Downie of Sky Sports reporting that we have agreed a fee with Celtic. Deal could be worth up to £10m, dependent on bonuses.
Apparantly Jermain Lens wants to leave. Always been impressed with him since looking at him when we were linked with him two seasons ago. Need a winger aswell...
If the McCormack deal is anything to go by they deal the same way we do so would probably be at the higher end.

What happens to young English players at Saints? They get a massive money move to the CL teams.
What happens to them at Slumberland? Nothing.
Where does Byram play? I'm sure I read on the thread somewhere that he'd be back up to Clyne but also for Jay while he's injured?
Mainly a RB but he's pretty attacking so I guess he can be moved down the wing in a pinch.
Everywhere. RB, CB, CM, the wing. He can do it all. Like Greg Halford! Or Rory Delap! Wait a minute...
Right back, but can play as a right mid as well. Really good crosser, fast, pretty skillful on the ball. Could get bullied in the Prem; probably a long-term RB, but I could definitely see him getting used on the wing some early on, because his defense will take longer to develop than his attacking skills.
That's damning with faint praise.
But it does also say something for settling on a position and sticking to it. A jack of all trades often just sucks at a lot of things at once.
Hang in this is the transfer rumour thread and I've had to catch up on lots of different names we've been linked to. WTF are the board playing out getting interested in all these players? I thought they were incompetent!
