Weve become a club that looks for loopholes to not pay whats owed , not going to help in the future imo, and a club who pays to keep peoples mouth shut about whats happening behind the scenes. Its always great to be a " jack " , just a bit embarressing after the reputation we made getting this far and the way we did it . Reputations must be over rated these days with our board and a swath of "jack " fans .
Huw's reasoning for not paying the sell on costs to the dutch club is Vorm went to the Spurs for free .... lol.... imagine. " Undisclosed " fees and undisclosed information is becoming the norm and ruining our reputation .... period
Can't wait for the game tomorrow. Really looking forward to see how Gylfi, Goms, Routs and Montero/Dyer link up. Will be interesting to see how Ki does in midfield instead of Leon.
Roof jack, be careful on those roofs. So much potential for disaster. It would be such a shame if you weren't able to contribute your insightful and thoughtful views on this forum. Life would be so empty without your chirpy little chirrups to brighten our days.
Stay tuned ..im actually home with swollen ankle , back totally out and getting xrays and an ultrasound on my shoulder and arm right away .... see camp, dreams docome through. One thing is forsure though , ?. I know the team as good as anyone , love it .
Absolutely Valley, I can't wait either. The team looked to have gelled well together in the friendlies despite the summer of flying daggers. Tomorrow is a big test for us though, hope the weather stays good.
Sounds like you've fallen from a great height. Seriously rj, speedy recovery, I know exactly how it feels. Get back up there as soon as you can, believe it or not, it helps, or at least it helped me.
I dont fall from roofs stump , I get sports injuries , and re injure old sports injuries . This is the first time ive had three unrelated injuries , the doc aint to pleased and told to play my age ..lol
I had 3 different plays in baseball the other night and woke up a mess .Rotator something in my shoulder is the worst, on inflammatory pills to deal with it at the momen then got xrays and ultrasound in a few weeks t .Old broomball injury from 20 years ago thats never really gone and is really coming to bare these days. Today the back is winning , its just the worst pain .it will be gone by Saturday ,
Sorry if i might steered anyone toward me falling off a roof ... Ididnt fall off a roof , im just injured everywhere . Cheers
RJ.... how old are you? There's a reason most baseball players finish playing in their thirties, and most pitchers need help doing menial tasks when they reach pensionable age. It's a sport that destroys the muscles in your body if you are pitching and batting. Don't want you really messing something up and finding it cannot be fixed.
