And I'm pretty sure I said DON'T get your knickers in a twist.

Mine aren't, I was merely pointing out that you are the one who seems to have a problem with the thread, and as such it would be the assumption of many, that you were the one with their knickers in a twist in fact. I enjoy differing opinions, but if it bothers you, then don't bother with it.

To be honest I only like football for the pasties. The bit with all the footballers and putting them in a lineup and all that bores me to tears, really.

I need to lay off them I think. I bought my home shirt for the season yesterday, the sizing is rather awful. Up 2 sizes from usual.

All this talk of anything but football is boring me to tears.
Let this post with it's total lack of footballing content, news, opinion, or anything else remotely football related redress the balance somewhat...

What is wrong with the sizes? Are they all two sizes too small or what?

They are an extremely tight fit, and very thin in the body. The trouble with getting the size up, is that although it may be ok in the body, it is far too long and the arms are just ridiculously large and out of proportion. I would say that most people are 2 sizes up though yes.

That sounds like a nightmare. It will fit in the body but the shoulders will be too wide so it forms little peaks. It's not Dunnes Stores ffs, for £50 a shirt you would think they would fit.

probably because it is designed for physically fit footballers

Absolutely. They could have done it like the Friends Provident shirts in the early 00s. These are only really suitable for those who have no fat or muscle at all. Also, the quality is very naff.
