Whoever said what don't matter i suppose, all we can do is wait for official confirmation of who we sign. Cellino needs to stop being such a tight twat and spend some money for a change instead of bargain hunting. If Sorenson is so highly rated it would be sheer stupidity on Cellinos part to lose this deal. His tight way of doing business aint always the right way.

Don here's how you do it. Put the offer in, haggle a bit, agree terms, tell all your mates its a done deal, get to exchange of contracts, drop your offer, the seller pulls out, blame the sellers for their unreasonable behaviour. Alternatively, ask the seller if they'll loan you the house for a year, while they pay the mortgage, so you can see if you like it. On a more serious note, good luck with it!
