True. Only one of the Laudrup boys has left for a bigger club (Michu). All the others have taken backward steps. It's not like at Soton where the likes of Liverpool, Man Utd and Spuds have been fighting over players and willing to pay tens of million of pounds for their services. Surely that says something about the quality of players leaving.

The most embarrassing thing for me personally, is that whilst the players were Swansea City players, they were the bee's knees who all had their faults such as chico, but now they are gone, they are the devil. I respect each and every player who has left us, or joined us, they all have their reasons, but some of the comments on this thread and others, I have made clear I think are shocking.
There's a couple IIRC who've called him a loser. Very disrespectful in my book to a manager who gave us our greatest season. I class them along posters who call Monk and/or Huw chumps.

Hernandez is an Argentine international with World Cup experience. He's highly rated. He is not unproven.
