Thought the north stand and east was rocking tonight. Unreserved seating may have helped but it could be a good idea if it's like that again

I'd agree with this Newland 100%. My grandson and I were in the LowerWest block 4 and given that our passes in the NS I'm more encouraged than I was a few weeks back. At times it was like a morgue around me.

Agreed with that. Absolutely diabolical for most of the game. 60 minutes of library-esque murmur. I went to the back, hoping for some unreserved singing section. Absolutely nothing. North east sounded good in bits and there was the odd ripple down the east stand but the rest of the time (and he south and west pretty much the whole time), nothing. Shouldn't be able to hear 30 Trencin fans in the opposite corner.

It was like a morgue. Maybe some of that was nervousness due to the occasion but there were times when I thought "this city doesn't deserve European football".

If tonight's voluntary seating preference in the north stand is any indication of the actual season tickets places, it looks like the E1 posse have just moved one block along to the north east corner. I thought the idea was to get the vocal types behind the goal?

I can honestly say though the view from behind the goal is far worse than side on , great when City are attacking that goal in the second half though , if anything south stand should be our singing stand instead it's full of mothers who have no idea who any of the players are

Not all north standers got in the North Stand tonight

Sat in the South Stand the noise was louder from the North Stand then the east stand

Won't know until pass holders are in the right stand .

Can't wait to be in the North Stand.

Behind the goal high up the view of both goals is better then it is from e1

The north east corner is for away fans this season

The East & North stands sounded good from the West lower...good that we now surround the away fans properly. The West lower was its usual self....full of flaskers who sit on their hands most of the game whilst muttering incoherent **** alls to themselves...I can't see it changing. Much prefer away games

Those are slowly being ruined by flaskers though, unfortunately.

I presume you are eluding to the promotion game.

That was a way better atmosphere than tonight.

I was in West lower, was almost embarrassed to make any noise myself seeing as they were all sat there like it was a church service

I think those seats are going to be for away fans or home fans who buy match tickets, not sure if you could actually buy a season ticket there.
