    I expected some typically BS answers, but it's a serious question, is Glasgow rife with backhanders, gifts and other shady deals, is this guy simply a greedy bastard or is society now so ****ed that honest people (like me) are in a tiny minority?

    You've only got to look at Glasgow City Council to see how corrupt it is. I heard (and no, not on F.F or Vanguard Bears) that they sold 2 streets and some ground around Celtic Park for the sum of ONE POUND!
