    With the misfortune of the Red Sash wearing River Plate club being relegated, will the mob from down the road suffer a similar fate if they continue to wear those awful copy cat red Sash shirts?

    I like the logo on River Plates shirts though, maybe that stripey lot could have similar wording to the CARP exhibited on River Plates shirts?

    The riot was caused because word got out that there was a better club wearing the red sash

    Also Saints sash is and emblem of the 125 years history of the club some 70 or eighty years prior to the river plate playing football professionally. It was also being worn a long time before even Pompey were formed.

    Pompey were not formed, they were forged. Always thought there was something a bit counterfeit about them......
