I love the pickled gherkin.

Made my own one year as there were so many cucumbers in the greenhouse.

 

It is not a pickled gherkin, it is either a gherkin or a pickled cucumber!

I wonder if you could pickle a fully grown cucumber?

 

If you had enough vinegar/salt water and a large enough container, then I would imagine yes you could. Maybe Edge could look into it for us?

 

Or you could chop/slice it first which is what I did to the bigger ones.
