First, I'm very skeptical that Nashville Depay for cash + Chadli is true. It's just the Mirror. And why would Chadli want to leave? Second, from what little I can tell, it would be a good deal if it was true. I think Chadli would do well if he got a run of games. But Depay is better/younger. I'm not completely happy about this, but trying to assemble a 23 and under all star team is probably the way to go, both with the high energy style Poch wants, and to make the team money on transfers.
Yes, whoever propagates these rumours seems to have forgotten the simple fact that Chadli may not want to go to PSV.
I think the rumour is bollocks. PSV won't accept a £9m + player offer for Depay, they'd want a lot more money for what is arguably The Netherland's brightest prospect in years.

Welcome aboard Mighty Spurs Dutch journo's are a lot more reliable than the idiots over here too, they've been bang on with Spurs links in recent years. Broke the Gomes, Eriksen and Chadli deals long before the English press got a sniff of them.

Mjolnir's at the ready Sexy. We've been linked with our usual plethora of names and I'm happy with the sound of Depay and I'm also feeling happier with Pocket. Now we are playing our traditional patsies first match who turned into our pariahs last season so it's a difficult one to call. We had a good finish last season which normally means a good start to the next so I'll be keenly watching Sunderland's start. If we lose to West Ham I'll say that it won't be long until we find our winning ways but if we beat them ie 0-2 then we'll be onto a flier and have a good season.
Depay is a brilliant talent, fast, agile, fantastic technique and vision and his work rate is excellent. Has a very mature mentality and plays in the RW and ST position. But as I stated, he's a talent. Only had one great season so far and has only played one full season in the starting eleven. Inexperience and years of development ahead he must remain two more seasons in the Eredivisie to be ever a success abroad. Don't get him now because you will only ruin a world class player in the making. Keep your bloody hands off of him!!
