David Bence, his background is in commercial finance.


I don't know loads about him, but here's a post from 'Wes Tender' on SaintsWeb, about the Merlin Group, who he used to be a director for:

A trouble shooter / consultant. Came in when KL obviously wasn't happy with what was happening/what was going to happen/how we were going to achieve what her end goal was. Gave his opinions and oversaw initial implementation, then leaves once things look OK.
