You do realise that it is possible to come off of a video game and do other things, don't you?

Not every person who plays video games sits for 20 hours straight playing them while doing nothing else but drink Mountain Dew and eat Wotsits.

I might buy an Xbox One actually. Assassin's Creed Unity, GTA V and FIFA 15 will look great on next-gen.

What's more pathetic, playing a video game in the privacy of your own home or complaining about people who play video games on an internet forum?

Intelligence is wasted on the ignorant.

When you're groaning on your death bed with some horrible disease I doubt you'll be thinking about sex.

i was always an Xbox owner , but bought the PS4 on launch , got bored in March (plus it developed a fault) and got a full refund thanks to Argos :)
    then bought the Xbox One

the console isnt quite as powerful as the PS4 but at least the frame rate drops are much less frequent than on PS4 .

Glad i got the One , got the EA pass so i may even get Fifa early :D

Don't get me wrong, I love computer games (not to the extent Macca described, mind), but Fifa and pro EVO games never interested me. Football Manager is great, if only for the detail level they put into it. The match engine needs some proper work though, as not even Sonko would spin round in a circle on the ball then pass it straight to the opposition striker. Nor would you get 5 corners hitting the cross bar in one game.

Did anybody play the Goldeneye revamp for the Wii? It was actually pretty awesome.

I've always been a Playstation lad, and much prefer them to the Xbox.

I did own an Xbox 360 at one point... Never again <yikes>

As for FIFA... FIFA 14 is up there with the worst games I have EVER played. It's dreadful. It's the best football game out there (gone are the good ol' Pro Evo days), but everything about the game is just painful.

I still play FIFA 13, but even that isn't great.

For all the good things, they are still a million miles off from a decent football game! Such a shame...

My FIFA hates (here we go...)

    The menus are slow
    The players are slow
The passing is slow (even when you are Barcelona etc...)
Every player has the turning circle of a bus
All you need to do to score a goal, is take two passes backwards from your kick-off, hold L1 and Square for that lofted clearance, and hey, you're through on goal (EVERYONE online knows and does this "trick")
The tackling... Pressing circle to perform a standing tackle, but either a) doing it in the wrong direction or b) with a completely different person nowhere near the ball. Just every element of defending really...
Like not being able to stand anyone up
The way it changes players (even on manual switches)
When you do a chip through-ball, you've forced the opposition defence to face their own goal, it's gone over their heads, you're through... Only for EVERY CB (from Premiership to League Two) on the game to be able to perform a scissor-kick overhead clearance to perfection EVERY time
Throw-ons... I've never seen anybody intercept a throw-on in the history of football, yet every single throw-on is intercepted <yikes>
The way it chooses which button presses to hold, and which to cancel... The opposition pass the ball, you run to to intercept, press slide, but instead they keep running and just boot it out of play. Or, pressing Circle to tackle, actually winning the damn thing, and then booting it aimlessly even though you didn't press it again...

Erm, sure there are others I've missed, but that rant will do for now!
