If it's personal terms then I think the bloke's a bit of an idiot. If he wants to show his skills in the Premiership why on earth would he want to stay at Norwich. If it's the price tag placed by Norwich (more likley), then Delia is going to be disappointed as £12m is not going to attract many Premiership clubs except a few, especially considering that he's unproven in the Premiership.
He's now 1/6 which is about 85.7% Southampton are next at 4/1 and 33/1 bar. We did this with Hooper last season, hopefully history's not repeating itself.
