I don't think he's the best defender in the world () but he is our best CB at present. Lovren and Sakho may prove otherwise given time though.
Tony Hibbert is committed, he's also ****e - same as Skrtel. Quite how he's still seemingly part of Brent's plans but he's blowing out Agger is beyond me.

I've got no idea where or what those stats are based on.... but Skrtel was far from the 12th best defender in the league last year
