Some of the pluses I see
1 gone are the days of any staff players, management or otherwise not giving 100% commitment
2 for some reason decent players now want to join us. Not all about money either but has something to do with the Cellino Salerno effect
3 for first time in yonks we are being told what is happening at the club and not through a pr company but a straight talker
4 he has money and says club can afford to lose 4 m a year for 100 years if he lived that long
5 Elland road will soon belong to Leeds again
6 emphasis is at last on playing watchable football, which is reason most of us began supporting Leeds I imagine
7 our signings would appear to have a realistic sell on value rather than our usual trash
8 Cellino has no fear of bates and seems happy to twist the knife at every opportunity. (Probably my favourite one)
I've probably missed a few but enough to be going on with

Yeah totally agree with this thread fella. Finally some good things happening at Leeds, I think we all know Cellino won't splash the cash ridiculously but will sign players on the cheap but who he knows will give 100%, and you can bet your arse if anyone is taking liberties they will know about it. I am still over the moon that we have this guy as owner, it might not work out this season or maybe ever, but that's football. At least this guy genuinely loves football and wants to run Leeds United as a football club, a successful one.

    Eire,

    I've carried forward your list & added 3 obvious ones, plus OLOF's & Billy's:

Some of the pluses I see
1 gone are the days of any staff players, management or otherwise not giving 100% commitment
2 for some reason decent players now want to join us. Not all about money either but has something to do with the Cellino Salerno effect

7 our signings would appear to have a realistic sell on value rather than our usual trash
8 Cellino has no fear of bates and seems happy to twist the knife at every opportunity. (Probably my favourite one)
    9. piss easy opening game for a change
    10. told Kenny to fcuk right off
    11. Bastard Bates is no longer the owner & is getting closer to the end of his life (hopefully painfully)
    12. Bastard GFH is no longer the owner & may well be facing court proceedings if Haigh ever gets out of prison
    13. Haigh is in prison!

Great thread and refreshing for us long suffering fans.

    15. Haigh has been humped up the arse by a few GFH mates whilst he's been on holiday in prison.
    16. The new kid from posh given a 3-year deal so that the club make money on him instead of losing on every player we brought in.
    17. The new loan players all have a clause which means we can buy at any time if we want .... if they're shyte they go back to their clubs so we don't lose money no more.
    18. Obvious that BMcD was crap and should have stayed as a scout somewhere.
    19. Bet Grayson wished he was here now and if Hock fooks up maybe it'll happen.

All the eyetie has done is say what the fans want to hear and sign a load of foreign players with a bit of promise, whats wrong with British players with a bit of promise? action speaks louder than words and for the foreseeable months it will just be words you lot will be hearing.
Park the bus on saturday you might hold out for a 0-0 try and attack us you'll get romped:grin:.

I thgink the main thing is we are at last going recruiting good youngsters who are hungry or should be for success the average age of the squad has dropped quite considerably and will do further when we get rid of Fatty Kenny to Blackpool along with Norris and Hunt
