OMG....You make a sweeping statement there which of course is bollocks as usual. Believe me when i say you would not know what deals are being done behind closed doors and never will....
Bob ... don't you get it .... you know NOTHING!!!!! (According to the guy who keeps banging his head ) It's what happens to those of us that don't drink the cool-aid on a regular basis. I stopped drinking mine since it was turning up sour in the bottle. Ol' Dai the Cool-Aid was trying to sell last year's product and relabel it as Monk-Juice ... but it's easy to tell the difference since it's turned green when we all know it should be white.
Agreed. Most on here say they don't believe the paper talk, but actually they quote it all the time as if it's fact. So, as people usually ask on here, where the quotes to say tha Vorm, Michu, Pablo, Bony are unhappy, as Bob the slob claims? Bob, how do you know those players were/are unhappy? Who told you? Did you read in in the Daily Mirror? Just wondering how some people are so well-informed about player happiness levels and their reasons for leaving. Did you speak to those players and did they tell you they left because they were unhappy? As you are so well-informed, what were they unhappy about?
My be they've filled in David Cameron's 'Happiness questionnaire' and that information has been secretly made public to certain 'inner party' members of the Swansea n606 board. Maybe the papers also have the questionnaires. I bet you feel silly now, 'eh?
Given all of the whining and bitching and moaning on here lads, I think the Owen Williams article above the Bony headlines puts all of this into perspective eh?

The week before last it was rumoured Chico wanted out ... I rubbished that rumour, mainly because I didn't want it to be true on top of everything else going on in the club. Where is Chico today? Rumour correct. Some of what I typed above is true because, yes I know. I am pleased a 'spokesman' (not the manager or chairman but a spokesman) has spoken out against the tabloids' claim we've hawked Bony's signature around Europe. But both manager and chairman made comments that made those rumours plausible. No one will be happier than I if Wilf has another brilliant season with us. Back to rumours - last summer and autumn those who hated Laudrup repeatedly commented on rumours, unsubstantiated reports that some players were unhappy; his supporters myself included got really cheesed off by the repeated airing of the rumours by his detractors. Some fans said there was rebellion afoot, 'Not so', said everyone at the club. However, the chain of events that has followed his unceremonious sacking by a Chairman (the day after the chairman publicly stated all was well) proved the media and rumourmongers to be correct all along. As for the squad - weak and anyone who considers it otherwise is in my (and others' ) opinion. And it is worth remembering that if we do keep Bony & Bafe they will miss much of January and February attending the African Cup of Nations. As Terror Ball showed in another our back up team is very, very weak. Think performance at Bournemouth! It will be heartening to hear of signings to replace the players we have or will lose even if they don't improve our standards and squad.; the manager deserves at least one paddle to try to get us out of the creek.
or the Liverpool press. They are not quite right when they say WE have dropped the release clause, when it was made invalid through the interaction between the duplicitous Brendan Rodgers and Bony's agent (when they thought no one was watching) We have absolutely nothing to worry about, to the chagrin of a minority who laughingly continue to stamp their sandals over the sacking of a has been who was bested by a rookie. Again, I will stick my neck out with the truth, BONY IS NOT GOING TO SIGN FOR THE BLACKLISTED LIVERPOOL, UNLESS THEY PAY DOUBLE FOR OUR MAN I think the Liverpool press are a LITTLE cross that their beloved club. Both their and thie clubs antics over the last few months has shown the world which is the bigger club.
"over the sacking of a has been who was bested by a rookie". Arguably the most ludicrous post I've read on this,or any other, thread. Actually, there's no argument about it. ...
I find it strange that so many football fans are against immigration into UK in general but think it's ok if they want to buy an immigrant footballer. On a similar note I once read two surveys. One said something like 70% of British people thought people from overseas shouldn't be allowed to come to live in the UK. In the second survey, 60% of people said they were either planning to or wanted to retire overseas. Double standards all over the place.
