Best price 4/7 now. No form on AW. However, having won easily on soft and GF she seems indifferent to the conditions. Lovely pedigree too. Question is this: is she running here because it's easy pickings or is she being run on the AW to keep a decent handicap mark for a big race back on turf, or is she being prepared for the Breeders' Cup/Dubai.
Really struggling for time lately stick my phone has not stopped ringing with work , they all must be on your gravy train lol . I will take a look around 5ish and post my thoughts. The weather seems to be playing havac at the moment though.
I wish I knew how to take screen shots and post them on here. Had a fiver each way on AS A DREAM at 50/1 in the first. Things are simply going ridiculously well for me at the moment. With regard your comment about Sleep Walk I have to agree Ron and although I had a little on last night I am not topping up as planned as the price is simply not worth the risk now. It was in my book as I stated last week and again today the biggest mistake I have seen the handicapper make for some time. Usually it's possible to disagree with the handicapper to within a few pounds here or there after a maiden but with this horse, the manner of his victory, the price sent off unraced and the breeding and owner should have made the handicapper take no chances and just pass it off as being highly impressed with his run. A mark of 65 however was always likely to be laughable, I would have put him in at 80 to start and I will be surprised if he is not much higher by the end of the season. I do agree however this could be an attempt at ensuring the handicapper cannot do what he should have done before to save the mark, or he could also pick them up and carry them. The other reason I am staying out now however is that she did start poorly and if getting behind at Kempton she may find it all happening a bit quick. Either way this is a horse to follow.
Nothing's going on. It's, in other words, an admission of guilt. It is not often the taxpayer makes a bit of money (these court cases are all on tax payers' money?), not that any of us here will see any of it! No wish to have the little blighter horsewhipped, heck he's pretty old now and has the odd problem in negotiating revolving doors. However, there is the fact that the bank guy who took the bribe is still serving a slammer sentence of 8-1/2 years down here, so whether or not Ecclestone has got away lightly is another matter, but it's certainly food for thought.
You are safe..... I've run out of superlatives! A Lady Godiva Each/Way @ "Bullseye" 50/1, how do you pick-em? with a dart! Good Luck
What a cracking little race that will be , your pick looks good though but with a few intresting jockey bookings and lots of weight being thrown around I will side with mutafhkar
Stick: I've completely run out of superlatives too, well done mate, hope your good fortune continues long into the future! (Rub in a bit of it for the R's!).
Disgraceful - come the revolution Bernie Ecclestone and Sepp Blatter will be my first 2 up against the wall. Who exactly pockets the $100M he has now paid? Would it be idealistic of me to hope it might go towards helping the needy?
No indication here as to where where the lolly goes: http://www.dw.de/ecclestone-to-pay-100-million-to-end-bribery-trial/a-17832222
Ref the 5.35 at Roscommon - how did they get away with calling a filly by Bushranger "Lady Clitico"?????
Oddy, I am reliably informed by a Bayern München mate of mine that he has not spent one night in his cell (he swears this is true). He watched the World Cup games from a bed in the prison clinic, and recently underwent routine heart surgery in Starnberg. They reckon he'll be out of Landsberg shortly. There are laws for some, and laws for others......................
